The Norwood Theatre Ticket Policy

Refunds and exchanges

As of October 1, 2026, The Norwood Theatre does not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please note: Any tickets purchased before October 1, 2026 are still eligible for refund or exchange, up to one hour before your event begins, according to our policy at the time of your purchase.

Ticket fees

All Norwood Theatre event tickets include a $3 Facility Fee, which is included in the advertised price. No additional fees are added during your purchase. The price you see is the price you pay. Tickets cost the same amount whether they are purchased online, in person or over the phone. 

Picking up your tickets

All tickets purchased through The Norwood Theatre are Will Call tickets. This means they will need to be picked up at the box office during regular hours (see below), or in the lobby on the night of your event.

We do not issue etickets.

We do not work with or endorse any third party ticket sellers. We DO NOT sell tickets on Ticketmaster, StubHub, Ticket Center.com, or any other unauthorized resale platforms. To ensure you are purchasing legitimate tickets at the correct price, please visit our official website, norwoodstage.com.
